Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy (B2B Orders Only)
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations only before goods have left China.
Cancellations must be requested in writing before shipment is confirmed.
A cancellation fee of at least 30% of the order value will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Once goods are in transit or delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are subject to inspection before approval.
- Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at [your email address] for return instructions.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or branded items
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care products
- Gift cards, downloadable software
- Hazardous or flammable goods
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable costs (e.g., return shipping).
Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:
Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition
Returns made beyond 30 days from delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returns. These are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
